In the middle of the southeast Tavolara coast the steep walls of the island become less vertical for a small stretch. Just under a giant block which looks like in unstable balance it’s possible to dive perhaps in the most characterstic site of the island. The dive can be done different times, following different itineraries, between spread rock blocks covered by yellow seafan and posidonia. It’s often possible to find Sparus aurata, big Dentex, large schools of Diplodus and grouper. This dive is quite easy.
